GTK45S顶驱式液压凿岩机
公司结合国内外需求，自主研发顶驱式液动回转凿岩机系列产品。
GTK45S采用模块化设计，三维建模、仿真计算。主要用于矿山、隧道、井下等钻爆破孔，具有钻进效率高，钻具损耗低、有使用寿命长、安装维修方便等特点。
冲击和回转：冲击和回转流量较低，特别适合国内传统潜孔钻机改顶驱钻机用。
钻孔：适合于各种岩石钻孔，钻直径76-102mm。
钻孔排渣:空压机，4-6.5 m3/min, 5-8kg/cm2;水30-40 L/min, 8-10kg/cm2。
Through the research on domestic and foreign market, our Company developed series Top Drive Type Hydraulic Drifter Independently.
Using the software of 3D modeling, simulation, we developed GTK45S with modular design. It mainly applied to dill the blasthole for Mine, Tunnel and Underground etc. High drilling efficiency, low Drilling Tools Wearing, long time Operating Life, Easy Installation and Maintenance.

Demand of the Air Compressor or Water for Slag Removal: Air 4~6.5 m3 (5-8kg/cm2),or water 30-40 L/Min(8-10kg/cm2 ).

GTK45S是针对井下、隧道研发的凿岩机，也可以用在宣化和衢州潜孔钻机改顶驱液压凿岩机的产品，凿岩机系统需要的压力和流量（冲击65L/Min、回转60L/Min）可以和潜孔钻机无缝对接。本产品2020年研发，2021年始供市场，销售近40多台，质量趋于稳定。该凿岩机冲击功率16kW，冲击频率3,000bpm，重量185kg，钻进孔径76-102mm，适合12~20T挖掘机做挖改钻。
